FIELD BASED - £30-£40k (dependant upon skill and suitability) + Car + Benefits
Responsible for the management of approximately 16 stores throughout the Region, as an Area Manager, you will have proven commercial success in managing retail brands with strong leadership skills, preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
Key responsibilities will include dealing with all operational issues including Sales, HR, Finance and retail operations standards to maximise sales performance as you manage, lead and motivate Store Management with a can-do attitude.
You will be an excellent communicator with a people focus and able to demonstrate diplomacy and influencing skills as you confidently and proactively problem solve to drive the business forward. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding business environment.
