Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of all store operations ensuring all key measures / targets are met including sales, contribution, cost, stock loss and mystery shop visits through the management and motivation of the store management and sales team. A key aspect of this role is to ensure consistency and compliance in the execution of company policies and adherence to processes within the store.
