Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator to specialise in the area of Business Risk. Supporting the activities of a busy department, you will ensure that all aspects of administration are carried out in an efficient, professional and confident manner.
Your responsibilities will include processing insurance claims, and liasing with complainants and insurance companies. You will receive and action all incident and accident reports from our stores and distribution centre whilst maintaining a database, dealing with Health and Safety issues and various external enforcement officers, and on occasion with legal matters. You will be required to assist with any ad-hoc projects including organising training courses within the department, giving Administration support. There will also be a great exposure to both the Internal Audit and Security functions within the department.
Self motivated and tenacious, you will have a 'can do' attitude and be able to prioritise your workload in a busy environment to meet deadlines. You will have excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages and be able to communicate confidently at all levels. Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative environment would be an advantage.

Job Description
Salary - Circa £27k plus Car & Benefits
Reporting in to the National Security Manager, your primary objective will be to provide guidance, training and monitoring to all Stores in the region to ensure that any risk to the business is minimised, and to ensure there is continuous development and improvement of security compliance within these Stores.
Commercially driven, you will proactively provide training and guidance with respect to business risk processes and procedures and you will monitor the Stores within the Region to ensure that awareness is prevalent. Where standards and procedures are not met and followed, you will ensure that an investigation is carried out, and recommendations made and followed up, together with representing the business at court if required.
With a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar security role, preferably within a large retailer or from a background within the Police force and a good level of education, you will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You’re inquisitive and analytical nature will ensure that you are fully aware of issues and development needs within the region. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative you should have excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels. You will have excellent PC skills and be a competent report writer.
Due to the working patterns of retail, you must have a flexible attitude to work and you may have to work some weekends and evenings.
