Dr Christo Wiese is Chairman of Pepkor Limited, South Africa’s largest retailer, a position he has held since 1981. He is also Chairman of Tradehold Limited, Instore plc’s immediate parent company. Dr Wiese previously practised at the Cape Bar, and holds an honorary doctorate in commerce from the University of Stellenbosch.
