Resignation of Finance Director 6 September 2007 06/09/2007
The Board of Instore plc announces that Gary Brown has resigned from his position as Group Finance Director and will be leaving the business following the announcement of the Company’s interim results in October 2007.
Mr Brown joined the business in June 2003, becoming Group Finance Director in April 2004.
Christo Wiese, Chairman of Instore plc, said:
“We wish Gary every success for the future and thank him for his valuable contribution throughout his time with the business. We have now begun the process of identifying and recruiting a suitable successor.”
